Release Engineering & Deployment Hardening

Builds and deploys became safer, more predictable, and easier to recover.

- Tightened deploy scripts, build validation, and production environment handling. - Added prebuilt artifact recovery and fallback restoration support for frontend deployments. - Published extension release manifest updates and small release-management fixes. - Reduced the chance of deploy-time regressions and downtime.

Mobile App Parity Release

The mobile app became a full product surface instead of a thin companion.

- Rebuilt the app around Expo Router with a tab-first navigation structure. - Added Supabase auth, profile handling, bookmarks, and saved content. - Added community browsing, taste profile, apps/tutorials, and onboarding flows. - Shipped beta/testing feedback surfaces and additional polish across the mobile UX.

Admin & Operations Expansion

Admin tools evolved into a full operations console for content, growth, and business workflows.

- Reorganized the admin dashboard into clearer content, community, growth, testing, and business sections. - Added roadmap management, staff picks, URL editing improvements, audit history, and URL notes. - Expanded bulk import tooling and taxonomy maintenance helpers. - Added accounting, receipts, and other operational admin surfaces.

Community & Social Rollout

Browzr moved from a Discord-linked community model to a native b/ community.

- Introduced the native b/ topic system with posts, comments, votes, and reports. - Added topic feeds, preview cards, share flows, and the public community experience. - Cut over from Discord-centric community references and removed the legacy dependence. - Added admin/public preview behavior so community content can be reviewed in public mode.

AI & Data Quality Hardening

AI-assisted analysis and taxonomy quality were hardened and made more reliable.

- Standardized AI usage on OpenRouter and improved content fetching with markdown-first negotiation. - Hardened URL analysis, tag/category suggestions, and bulk import workflows. - Fixed taxonomy/category normalization and validation so admin curation stays consistent. - Added multiple defensive fixes around AI analysis and data quality.

Apps & Games Ecosystem

Browzr expanded into a mini-app and game platform.

- Added the Apps landing area and app-shell routing. - Integrated PokeGuessr and later stat-mode gameplay. - Added other mini-app experiences like MMA Guessr, PlantGuessr, and F1Guessr. - Tightened the related routes, data loading, and deploy flows.

Discovery Engine Launch

Discovery became a first-class product feature across web, extension, and mobile.

- Added discovery signal tracking and the first recommendation scoring pipeline. - Rolled out EMA scoring, seen filtering, scoped browsing, staff picks, randomization, and Surprise Me. - Added tag similarity, clustering, adaptive exploration, scheduler jobs, and discovery v2 activation. - Brought discovery parity into the extension and mobile app.

Platform Foundation

The first Browzr product baseline: web shell, extension scaffolding, and mobile bootstrap.

- Laid down the first Browzr web structure, landing/homepage foundations, loader, header, and shared navigation. - Bootstrapped the browser extension and the first sync bridge between Browzr and the browser. - Established the first mobile app foundation and discovery wiring that the later product surfaces built on.
