What the site says

Windows93 is an art and parody website that recreates a fictional 1990s-style operating system inside the browser, complete with a desktop, windows, and a collection of joke apps, games, and virtual pets. The site requires JavaScript and is intended for entertainment and nostalgia rather than any real productivity purpose.
